Plans to convert a former Todmorden pub into a dwelling have been given final approval.
Ms Sue King and Ms Jill Morony have been given listed building consent to incorporate the remaining listed structure of the former Country Friends pub on Parkin Lane into a dwelling. One objection was raised to the plan but approval was granted via a delegated decision.
